OFFICIAL RULES

1) No purchase necessary to enter or win. Entrants must be over the age of 21. One entry per person. Contest begins Tuesday, June 13, 2006 and concludes Wednesday, June 21, 2006.

2) Entry for the The INXS Ticket Giveaway is by one of the following options:

Go to klastv.com, Tuesday, June 13, 2006 to Wednesday, June 21, 2006 by 4 p.m. and fill out the entry form with your name, address, telephone number and birth-date.

3) Eight (8) winners will be chosen randomly with this method and will be contacted by phone on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 by 5 p.m.

4) The winners will receive the following prizes:

Ticket Winners – A total of eight (8) winners will receive two (2) tickets to The INXS Concert on June 23rd at 8 p.m. at the Aladdin Theatre, 3667 Las Vegas Blvd S. Las Vegas, NV 89109. - a $130.00 value.

5) All prizes must be utilized within the expiration date or they will be forfeited.

KLAS is not responsible for any misdirected or wrongly addressed mail or email in regards to contests, including misdirected mail routings by the postal service, private delivery service or technical malfunctions of email systems or servers.

6) Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

7) KLAS may, due to unavailability of prize awarded, substitute another prize for the approximate value (in dollars) of the original prize awarded.

8) Employees of KLAS and their participating sponsors, their advertising agencies or representatives, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, attorneys, contractors, vendors, assigns and their immediate families or persons residing in the same household, are ineligible to enter or participate. Winners of a prize from KLAS within the past thirty (30) days are not eligible.

9) All contestant entries become the property of KLAS. KLAS may retain any and all contest materials for any reason that the station’s management deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising without compensation unless prohibited by law. Winner and where applicable, travel companions, will be required to sign a release.  If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim prize, fails to comply with all the rules, is unable to travel on the dates of prize or attend event on prize date or fails to respond to winner notification, the selected winner is disqualified and the prize or spot is forfeited. If forfeited, another winner will be selected from the eligible entries. Applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10) KLAS has the right to make final decisions regarding contest winners and judging.
